WhY Alternative Medicine?

Due to my having suffered from poor health my whole life, I decided to study conventional medicine (allopathy) with no avail which led me to explore alternative medicine as a way to get the answers I needed to become healthy. 

 

Balance = good health

The human body is a system that needs to adjust to its surrounding environment and try to remain in a state of balance. This is achieved by practicing good habits, ingesting whole foods rich in nutrients, and avoiding toxins.
